5th Avenue
A small antique house, completely renovated and remodeled, completed by our project manager. Working with investor clients, she created an appealing and universal design to flip their houses successfully. She created a design that worked across multiple properties.
01
Dingy, dated, and antique
A small, 1940s farmhouse needed major work. A dated bathroom, dingy bedrooms, sad yellow living room, and a wrecked kitchen were just some of the issues in this house.
01
Antique features restored
The small 1940s farmhouse was restored, with modern amenities added. A renovated bathroom and kitchen; new drywall, insulation, and paint; and fully updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system.
02
Kitchen in distress
With a crowded, dirty kitchen full of distressed details, our project manager worked with the clients to retain the original charm with a new design.
02
Kitchen transformed
Using contrasting hues a neutral blue scheme is repeated throughout the home. A custom oak range hood, granite countertops, beveled tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances modernize a classic kitchen.
03
Dilapidated Bathroom
A dated bathroom needs new life.
03
A bathroom refreshed
Our project manager used modern fixtures with classic themes to retain a nostalgic feel.
04
Sad yellow living room
Sad yellow walls and lack of care of the living room created an opportunity to retain the antique features of the home.
04
A renewed living room
A sad living room is renewed and updated: our project manager designed with a modern neutral blue and classic white trim; mantle and hearth stone are restored to former glory; and a modern ceiling fan completed the new look.
