Historic Boswell Mansion
Chase City, Virginia
We are breathing new life into an abandoned 10,000 square foot, 1912 mansion in Southern Virginia by helping to restore this building to its former glory. Currently under construction, this restoration will accelerate the redevelopment of the local community by providing new restaurant and lodging options for the area.
The Point Church - Downtown Campus
Charlottesville, Virginia
The Point Church is revitalizing a historic, 1860's church near Downtown Charlottesville as it aims to expand its presence and make its resources available to better the lives of those in need. Lamplight is assisting with an interior design overhaul, to restore the historic nature of the Church and make it better suited for The Point's needs.
Madison Gardens
Madison, Virginia
A new multi-purpose venue is revitalizing Main Street in Madison, Virginia. Featuring a 1790's house, a newly restored 1860's church, a rehabilitated 1920's barn and associated site improvements, Lamplight is excited to design this soon to be completed event and wedding space as the perfect new destination venue.
Elk Rock Meadow Residence
Afton Mountain, Virginia
We are happy to be designing a new residence on top of Afton Mountain, Virginia, in Elk Rock Meadow. The homeowners wanted a Mediterranean-style home, with a modern twist to capture some truly stunning mountain views.

We are currently designing a customized Barndominium for a 15-acre waterfront lot outside Princeton, Wisconsin. The client has requested an in-house wood shop, as well as a loft for his laser cutter, CNC router, and 3D Printer farm.

A quaint, rustic Barndominium, facing many delays after the pandemic, finally comes to life for a local master craftsman. Still in the very beginning stages of design, the home promises to be full of wonderful details once completed.
A New Second Home

We are designing a spectacular two-story Scandinavian style "tiny home"-esque second residence, tucked away into the mountains of Shenandoah County.
White Hall Renovation
White Hall, Virginia
A dark, aged, awkwardly planned house is getting a complete interior redesign, including a rearrangement of the first floor and a wide variety of built-ins. With a modern aesthetic meeting traditional themes, this home is changed into a gathering space for family and friends.
Market Street Renovation
Charlottesville, Virginia
A small, 1950's tract home near downtown Charlottesville is being recreated into a modern Craftsman bungalow with a Victorian flair. The Owners are excited to finally have some much-needed upgrades taken care of, while expanding and embellishing their home.
Ednam Addition
Albemarle County, Virginia
We are partnering with NOLA Build & Design to restore and add on to a stately, yet dated 1960's home in the exclusive Boar's Head community.
Lower Sherwood Farm
Albemarle County, Virginia
60 acres of raw land is being transformed to accommodate one of the largest llama and alpaca herds in the country, including out buildings, medical facilities, and an office area all centered around a large event space.
