Lamplight happily redesigned a bustling, well-known favorite coffee shop in Charlottesville, Virginia. An aged space was updated with a more contemporary "Japandi"-style makeover, giving it some much-needed ambiance and creating a brand for Lone Light Coffee.
From raw land to custom home, our clients worked closely with our architectural team to create the home of their dreams with a spectacular view.
The Jefferson Avenue project began as a simple 'paint and update' "flip" that turned into a complete renovation. Our team incorporated simple and elegant changes to create beautiful plans.
And, modernized the property with stunning results.
With the 5th Ave project, our team completely renovated and remodeled a small antique house. Working with our clients, we created an appealing and universal design to flip their houses successfully and one that continues to work for them across multiple properties.
We were referred to the owners of a well-used, prefab home outside of Charlottesville to help them renovate the main floor of their house. After consulting with them, we began the design effort to update their house to better suit the needs of their family.
Our team redesigned and modernized a rundown 1930s farmhouse while retaining the feel of a bygone era. With design elements carried over from other projects, we worked with our clients to create an open floor plan with dedicated separate spaces.
With a preview of coming attractions, Lamplight continues to push boundaries of what's possible as we bring modern sensibilities to these landmark projects while maintaining a sense of historical sensitivity.
