A dark, aged, awkwardly planned house received a complete interior redesign, including a rearrangement of the first floor and a wide variety of built-ins. With a modern aesthetic meeting traditional themes, this home is changed into a gathering space for family and friends.
Our team redesigned and modernized a rundown 1930s farmhouse while retaining the feel of a bygone era. With design elements carried over from other projects, we worked with our clients to create an open floor plan with dedicated separate spaces.
A small antique house, completely renovated and remodeled, completed within the constraints of a tight budget. Working with investor clients, we created an appealing and universal design to flip this house successfully. We created a design that worked across multiple properties.
We were referred to the owners of a well-used, prefab home outside of Charlottesville to help them renovate the main floor of their house. After consulting with them, we began the design effort to update their house to better suit the needs of their family.
Beginning as a simple paint and update "flip", this project turned into a complete renovation. With simple changes leading to a much more open, welcoming feel, the property was modernized and sold within a week of being listed.
